By using Shuole, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Description of Service

Shuole is a macOS application that provides on-device audio transcription with features including speech-to-text, speaker diarization, and word-level timestamps. All processing occurs locally on your device.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of your audio files and transcription results. Shuole processes your content locally and does not claim any rights to it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Shuole to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Disclaimer

Shuole is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, and other factors. We do not guarantee perfect transcription results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shuole and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shuole after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
